The customer can cancel their subscription at any time.
The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy:
We offer a 14-day refund policy for our SaaS-based software product.
If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer support team, provide a valid reason for the refund request, and submit their request within 14 days of purchase.
Once the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Please note that refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will not be provided for any additional services, add-ons or customizations purchased by the customer.
In case of cancellation of subscription, the customer will not be refunded for any portion of the subscription fee for the current billing period.
