As a SaaS-based software product, there is no physical shipping involved. The product is delivered electronically to the customer via the internet.
Upon successful completion of the purchase, the customer will receive an email with instructions on how to access and use the product.
The delivery of the product is typically instantaneous, but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the customer to receive the necessary credentials to access the product.
In case of any issues with delivery, the customer is advised to contact our customer support team, who will be happy to assist with any issues.
Please note that our product is licensed on a subscription basis. The customer's subscription will renew automatically at the end of the subscription period, unless the customer chooses to cancel their subscription.
Our team will be available for any technical assistance required while using the product.
